中国人民大学外国语学院外籍教师岗位招聘

一、Position/岗位

Foreign language teachers (8 English teachers, 1 French teacher, 1 German teacher, 1 Spanish teacher)/外语教师（英语教师8名，法语教师1名，德语教师1名，西班牙语教师1名）

二、Job Descriptions/岗位描述

1.Workload/工作量要求：

Average of 12 teaching hours per week/平均每周12课时；

2.Monthly salary/月薪：

Competitive/富有竞争力的；

Accommodation/住宿：

Housing allowance provided/提供住房补贴；

3.Work responsibility/工作职责：

(1) Teach foreign language courses to undergraduate students or postgraduate students, including oral courses, writing courses, elective courses, public speaking, and a public lecture each semester.

为本科生或研究生讲授语言课程；授课内容为口语课/写作课/选修课/公开演讲课/每学期一次专题讲座。

(2) Provide student counseling services twice a week for 1.5 hours each session.

每周坐班两次，每次1.5小时。

(3) Participate in 1 to 2 extracurricular activities per semester, such as serving as judges for speech contests and participating in cultural week events.

每学期参加1-2次课外活动，如担任演讲比赛的评委、外语文化节中的活动等。

(4) Actively engage in research activities related to teaching, write research papers and strive to publish them under the name of RUC faculty.

积极参与教学相关的研究活动，撰写研究论文，并争取以人民大学教工的名义发表。

(5) Fulfill other teaching, research, and discipline development tasks assigned by the university and the school, as well as other tasks specified in the contract.

完成学校和学院其他教学、科研、学科建设任务及合同约定的其他工作任务。

The above job responsibilities are subject to the final signed contract.

上述工作职责以最终签订合同内容为准。 

三、Entry time/入职时间

Contracts start from September 2026, with a duration of at least one year, typically not exceeding three years.

此合同自2026年9月始。合同期限至少为一年，最多通常不超过三年。

四、Applicants need to be/应聘人要求

1. Native language speakers/外语语言母语；

2. With a Master’s degree or higher/研究生及以上学历；

3. With at least 2 years of foreign languages teaching experience in China, or have an internationally recognized language teaching certificate.

具有2年以上在华语言教育工作经历，或取得符合要求的国际语言教学证书的，可免除工作经历要求；

4. With a basic understanding of Chinese/具备一定的中文基础；

5. The university does not employ males over 60 years old (inclusive) or who will reach 60 years old during the contract period, as well as females over 55 years old (inclusive) or who will reach 55 years old during the contract period.

对于超过60周岁（含）及聘期内将超过60周岁（含）的男性外籍教师、超过55周岁（含）及聘期内将超过55周岁（含）的女性外籍教师，学校不予聘用；

6. For foreign teachers whose employment contracts (such as labor contracts) with other Chinese institutions have not yet expired, the university does not offer full-time employment.

对于在国内其他单位履行聘用合同（劳动合同等）尚未期满的外籍教师，学校不予聘用。
