岗位职责：

1. 承担朝（韩）语系学生的专业课教学以及全校公共韩语课程的教学工作，每周教学工作量8-12课时，每学年具体授课安排，将根据朝（韩）语系及学院的课程设置统一协调；

2. 聘期内在相关领域发表1-2篇文章（含学术期刊论文或会议宣读等）；

3. 参与专业相关课程建设与教学改革，协助教材编写，指导学生参加专业竞赛，并积极参与文化推广活动；

4. 承担院系交办的有关学科发展和人才培养的其他任务。

Job Description:

1. Teach Korean speaking, writing, and culture-related courses for students of Korean majors and public Korean courses for the university, with average teaching workload of 8–12 class hours per week. Specific annual teaching assignments are subject to the curriculum plan of the Department and the School;

2. Publish 1–2 papers or articles (including academic journal papers or conference presentations) in relevant fields within the employment period.

3. Participate in Korean curriculum development and teaching reform, assist in textbook compilation, guide students in professional competitions, and contribute to cultural exchange and promotion activities both on and beyond campus.

4. Undertake other tasks assigned by the school related to discipline development and talent cultivation.

应聘条件：

1. 知华友华，具有良好的职业道德，诚实守信，爱岗敬业；

2. 韩国语为母语；

3. 具有韩国语语言学、文学、教育学等相关领域博士学位；

4. 具有中国高校韩国语教学经历者或至少2年海外全职韩国语教学工作经验者优先。

Qualifications:

1. Have a good understanding of and a positive stance toward China. Possess strong professional ethics, be honest and trustworthy, and dedicated to the profession.

2. Native Korean speaker.

3. Hold a Doctor's degree in Korean  Linguistics, Literature, Education, or related fields.

4. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in teaching Korean at Chinese universities or who have at least two years of full-time work experience in teaching Korean overseas.
