山东大学外国语学院外籍教师招聘公告

山东大学外国语学院位于环境优雅的山东大学洪家楼校区，前身为1930年成立的国立青岛大学外国文学系。学院拥有一级学科博士点和博士后流动站，下设7个二级学科博士点。设有9个本科专业，含2个国家级特色专业，6个国家级一流专业建设点，1个省级一流专业，1个国家特设控制新文科专业。学科实力雄厚，外国语言文学学科入选首批“山东省高水平学科”，在教育部最新一轮学科评估中再创佳绩。学院师资队伍综合素质高、学科背景优、教学业务精、科研能力强、学历结构和学缘结构科学。

 为进一步提升我院的国际化水平，适应外语专业教学需要，加强师资队伍建设，现面向海内外公开招聘优秀外籍教师。

一、招聘岗位

1.专业方向：英语、法语、日语、国际组织与全球治理。

2.招聘岗位：全职语言类或专业类外籍教师；合同期一年，到期后经双方同意可续聘。

二、基本条件

1.遵守中华人民共和国宪法和法律法规，在其原居住国内无法律纠纷，无犯罪记录。

2.外籍教师应来自与讲授课程相对应的母语国家。

3.专业类教师须具有博士学位和相关专业工作经历,优先聘请在海外高校或科研机构担任助理教授及以上职位的教师；语言类教师须具有学士及以上学位，受过语言教学的专门训练并具有2年以上教育领域的相关工作经历（须出具正式证明材料）。

4.身体健康，具有良好的个人品质、严谨求实的科学作风、健康向上的心理素质及善于合作的团队精神，年龄一般不超过50岁，语言类教师年龄可以适当放宽。

三、工作任务

1.工作地点：山东省济南市。

2.工作任务：担任口语、听力、写作、母语国家本土文化、国际组织与全球治理等课程的教学工作。

3.工作时长：语言类外籍教师要求12-16课时/周；专业类外籍教师要求8-10课时/周。

四、薪资及福利

1.根据外籍教师的学历、相关工作资历等条件，按语言类外籍教师、专业类外籍教师不同岗位标准分别起薪。

2.山东大学为签订聘用合同的外籍教师购买《外籍及港澳台来华人士综合医疗保险》。

3.山东大学向外籍教师提供公寓租住，租金、水电暖等费用由外籍教师本人承担。

Foreign Teacher Recruitment Announcement for School of Foreign Languages and Literature at Shandong University

School of Foreign Languages and Literature at Shandong University, established in 1930, offers a broad range of undergraduate and postgraduate programs in foreign languages, literature, and global studies. The School has a well-established academic profile, and a research-active faculty with expertise across linguistics, literature, translation, and international studies.

To support the development of its programs and enhance its international reputation, the School is seeking outstanding international faculty.

1. Positions: Full-time Foreign Faculty (Language or Academic)

(1) Required academic background:  English Studies, French Studies, Japanese Studies,or International Organizations and Global Governance,

(2) Initial contract: 1year. (Renewable upon mutual agreement).

2. Qualifications:

(1) Abide by the Constitution, laws and regulations of the People’s Republic of China, respect the customs and culture of the Chinese nation, and have no legal disputes or criminal records in their country of origin.

(2) All foreign teachers should come from native-speaking countries corresponding to their specialty areas.

(3) Foreign teachers for language courses must have a bachelor's degree or higher, have received special training in language teaching, and have a minimum of 2 years relevant work experience in education (official evidence of working experience is required); Teachers for disciplinary courses must have a doctorate degree and relevant work experience, and preference will be given to teachers who hold positions of assistant professor or higher in overseas universities or research institutions.

(4) Applicants must be healthy, both physically and mentally, and have good personal qualities, a rigorous, realistic, and scientific working style, and a great sense of team spirit. Applicants are ideally under 50 years old, and for language teachers, this requirement is flexible.

3. Duties and Responsibilities

(1) Location: Jinan, Shandong Province.

(2) Teaching courses such as Speaking, Listening, Writing, and American/British Culture and Society, etc.,

(3) Teaching load:

Language instructor: 12-16 hours per week;

Academic lecturer/associate professor: 8-10 hours per week.

4. Salary and Benefits

(3) University-provided apartments; rent and utilities (water, electricity, heating, and other expenses) are the responsibility of the employee..
